Hi, I'm Richard Morrison. I am an investment real estate agent in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada, and this is my Vancouver Real Estate Team.

I'm a Realtor in Vancouver, BC, who empowers people to buy and sell investment & residential real estate as a way to create financial wealth and freedom.

I love being able to help clients buy and sell real estate - whether it is for investment or living purposes. As a result, I am a member of the Medallion Club, selling over 45 properties per year with total sales of over $20 million dollars per year.

I have a solid financial background. I used to be an Accountant and I also hold a degree in business from Simon Fraser University with international honours from Golden Key.

To provide maximum value for our clients, I work with a team of realtors and specialized consultants with over 60 years of collective experience!

In addition, we also work with a team of specialized mortgage brokers, private lenders and property managers! For instance, our mortgage brokers specialize in near 0% down financing, and if a buyer requires, we can also arrange for private lending.
