I assume you are inquiring about mortgage insurance: 
This question depends on two main components. Firstly the insurance amount will depend on each individual and the amount of down payment one puts down. The mortgage insurance will also depend on whether the real estate is your principle residence or for investment purposes. 

All together the insurance costs could differ quite significantly depending on those 2 factors.
